Prof. Dr. Mehmet Veli Karaaltın is a surgeon internationally respected in the fields of facial aesthetics, microsurgery, and body contouring. However, the digital presence of the MVK brand did not align with the quality of the audience it was reaching.

There were particular challenges in accessing the premium patient profile targeting high-income groups; most inquiries received did not convert. Digital infrastructure deficiencies, inefficiencies in performance measurement, and limited visibility in overseas markets were significant obstacles.
